Finnish companies align in the National Hydrogen Cluster to expedite the hydrogen economy

Q Power is involved as a founding member in the newly formed National Hydrogen Cluster. The Cluster is composed of 36 companies originating or operating in Finland – ranging from fresh startups to large international corporations. The goal of the cluster is to build bridges between Finland and the borader European hydrogen economy, in anticipation of investments worth tens of billions of euros across Europe.

The impact of the hydrogen economy spans multiple sectors of society. Hydrogen-based solutions are needed for decarbonization especially in those functions of society which are unfeasible to electrify. This is eviden in the composition of the Hydrogen Cluster. Member companies represent a broad range of specialties, spanning the technology industries, chemical industry, energy industry and forestry industry.
